About Us

My Vegan Sweet Tooth was founded out of the owners home in 2010 after receiving the idea from her children.

From the beginning it has been our goal to provide delicious all-vegan baked goods to everyone while also donating our tips and donations to local animal shelters and charities.

In May of 2015 My Vegan Sweet Tooth opened its storefront located in Virginia Beach. Since then, the bakery has doubled its capacity and is now selling products in many local shops in the Hampton roads area, and is now ranked the best Vegan Bakeries in Virginia Beach, and one of the best in bakeries the United States.

Meet the Staff

Rob & Tonya Deveau

Owners

Rob and Tonya are the owners of My Vegan Sweet Tooth and have been married over 25 years. After receiving some encouragement from their children, they started this business out of their home in 2010. Rob can bench 655.

Darin

Operations Manager

Darin is the creator of most of the savory items at the bakery, takes most of the photos, and is one of our managers. In his free time he enjoys storm chasing, photography, nature, hiking, and volunteering at his church.

Vanessa

Cake Decorator / Baker

From New York, Vanessa gained lots of experience in baking and cake decorating while working at a cake shop for many years. Vanessa now helps run a landscaping company along side making our amazing cakes!

Charity

Shift Lead

Charity loves animals, she has one cat and one dog. She enjoys working out, cooking, and baking. She plans to either go to TCC or join the Air Force in the future.

Morgan

Head Baker

Morgan is our morning donut maker, and creative cupcake decorator. She loves Crafting, Sewing, and also has her own Etsy shop.

Ashley

Pastry Chef

Ashley has been working for us for over 4 years, has a pastry degree from Cordon Bleu, and has two kitties and two doggies at home.

Dominick

Baker

He is an engineering student who loves animals and chocolate.

Liz

Cookie Boss

Liz is the cookie boss. She is an animal-loving vegan who loves to paint kindness rocks in her spare time.

Maddie

Customer Service

Maddie works in customer service and is currently in high school. She wants to go to VCU and study medicine.

Lisa

Customer Service

Lisa is a Virginia Beach Native who totally loves Tarantulas believe it or not.
